Blending and Cooking

Molding and Cooling
Each batch is deposited into custom or stock molds which determine the final shape of the gummies. After molding, the gummies are cooled to solidify the gummy and set the mold.
Demolding and Coating
After the gummies cool, the product is demanded and coated either in sugar or oil for a smooth, finished product. Product is dried and allowed to further set until the gummies are hard enough to package.
